/town buy bonus command doesn't even work for me for some reason

do i actually need a dis cord account to be a cc because i hate discord and don't even have a account, but I do have a yt channel and am going to post videos about the server and my town, but i dont have a discord account so yea do i need a discord account to be a cc

bruh it won't let me claim more land because I "don't have enough town blocks"

is there a command for renaming towns???

whenever i try to join i get kicked and it sais "connection refused". i dont know how to fix but if you do pls comment and tell me how.
