New rank system

Betaworld 2.0 new rank system.

Vip - Contributor level 1 required for permanent rank*
Vip+ - Contributor level 1 required for permanent rank**
Ultra - Contributor level 1 required for permanent rank**
Deity - Contributor level 2 required for permanent rank**
Apostle - Contributor level 3 required for permanent rank**
GOD*** - Contributor level 4 required for permanent rank**

New ranks that will be added for the server:
Youtube - FREE given for players who make youtube videos of the server. (Same features as ultra rank has)
Veteran - FREE given for old players that have been playing actively server over past years (Same features as Vip+)
Creative+ - FREE**** (Teleport, fly, unlimited homes, color chat, color signs, etc..)
Creative++ - FREE***** (Worldedit access and some other stuff******)

Expection for players who bought their rank before 10.10.2024:
Required contributor level for Vip is 0 so it will be free.******* (this way the old donators will not fully lose their rank)
Addionaly their ranks will be downgraded to pervious level monthly if they don't have the required contributor level.

*Rank stays you for 6 months if you don't become contributor.
**Rank stays you for 3 months if you don't become contributor.
***This rank will mostlikely be removed in future (it wont be removed from player who have already donated for it)
****Free as long as youre atleast level 1 contributor
*****Free as long as youre atleast level 3 contirbutor
******This rank has not been fully finished yet and we are still planning some of its addional features.
