How do I buy more land?

I am trying to buy more land but when I put the money in the town bank it says that the bank is not registered, how can I register the town bank and buy more land. Also it let me deposit 500$ into the bank, but the blocks cost 10$. Any help please?

make sure you are mayor or resident of the town you are trying to deposit money. command for deposit is: /town deposit 500 make also sure that you have selected correct town if you are in multible, do it with /town select command. After that you can use command /town buy land 1 to buy 1 extra chunk of land for your town.
