i can't get un the server :(

whenever i try to join i get kicked and it sais "connection refused". i dont know how to fix but if you do pls comment and tell me how. 
check that youre connecting to betaworld.xyz
(ex. with bclauncher there has been problem that it tries to get players to join outdated server ipv4)
