New /help system. Witch commands will be added there

Here will be collection of all new commands that will be added to /help page. You all are welcome to reply below witch commands should be added there. I will collect best ones and add them to list below. After we have many commands listed here they will be added to server (and this will replace old /help command)

Format the texts as: command - description (for example: tpa - send tp request to teleport another player) (it would be helpfull if someone could also copy what /help shows for them)
